| The knowledge economy,taking the intelligence as the main body,has been developing fast in the past.Knowledge-oriented talent also occupies a more important position in the domain of human resources.Employees born in 90 s entered the workforce and have grown as the backbone of the company owing to their rich knowledge and potential talent in recent years,consequently,they are taken as a key target group in the enterprise development.However,it has become a mainstream issue for the company that the turnover rate of young employees is continually rising.their unique personality and expanding pursuit of self-recognition value are impacting the traditional industry.The massive loss of young employees has brought high cost in corporation,human resources and finance with the result that it may affect the normal operation of the company.HS company has such phenomenon,which lead to a series of influence such as cost increase in company operation and human resources,lack of talent,leak of important confidential information and company image damage...which will surely impact its sustainable development.That’s why I consider this phenomenon as a great urgency.Taking the young employees of HS Company as object,this paper is firstly based on the turnover tendency definition and Maslow demand theory.It bring forward to an assumption whether their turnover intention is connected to the factors below:satisfaction for salary and welfare,work pressure,occupational planning or promotion issues,and influence of corporate culture combined with HS Company’s actual situation.Moreover,we also have an informal talk with the young employees of HS Company and reach the conclusion of young employees’ turnover intention factors by analyzing their questionnaires.Eventually,we find out the primary factors of their turnover intention with the help of SPSS.On this foundation,we find out the solutions among the four aspects which has been mentioned above so as to cope with the series of problems to retain young employees,and to ensure the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises. |
