According to the study of ship accident more than80%of them are related to human factors. STCW Convention1995amendation and the ISM rules has reduced the happenings of sea accident to a certain extent caused by human factors, but it will still be the most important part in safety management the crew is the soul of the Engine room Resource Management and The engine-room resource management is engine-room human management. By enhancing and deepening safety consciousness and taking Engine-room Resource Management class we opens up a new way to solve the problem of the safe operation of ships; so we should try to make the Engine room resource management a effective training course to reduce ship accident.This article uses the cabin resource management course assignments as the research object, through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) constructing the crew non-professional skills evaluation system, established the training the comprehensive evaluation index system of the evaluation model applied to the crew team work skills and basic operation skills, provided the ship’s engine room resource management training a set of reasonable and effective evaluation method.First, this paper introduces the selected topic background of the engine room resource management of, research current situation, purpose and significance and thesis’s main job.Second, focus on the forms of expression of human factors, mechanism, and the typical case analysis, and the main way to avoid accidents due to human error caused sea, then design resource management training courses of the cabin, mainly include cabin resource management courses, significance, the purpose of training, curriculum evaluation standard, the content of the teaching and assessment.Finally, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze engine room resource management skill level, establish judgment matrix, finally form the comprehensive index evaluation system for the team and individual team work skills and basic operating skills of the crew.The purpose of this paper is to build team and individual team work skills and basic operating skills of the crew evaluation system through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), providing the ship engine room resource management training a set of reasonable and effective evaluation method.
