Due to the reform and opening up,China’s economy has been showing a steady growth rate,which plays an important positive role in the development of enterprises in all aspects.But at the same time,the competitive pressure of enterprises is increasing.In order to take root in the market steadily,enterprises need to have their own unique competitive advantage.In the final analysis,the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents.Therefore,more and more enterprises realize that the importance of talents is the competition of human resources.The key of enterprise management is the management of human resources.To improve the human resource management system and performance evaluation system is the most important field for enterprises.In the present situation of knowledge economy development,many companies in order to adapt to the changes of the market,enterprise management mode and technical structure will have unprecedented changes,especially in the manufacturing industry.Because the technological change needs a higher quality talent team,and the current market human resources can not meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore,how to create a high-quality enterprise talent team,improve the knowledge,skills and ability of the talent team,and ensure the stability of the talent team is one of the major problems to be solved urgently in China’s manufacturing industry.In this paper J analyses as a research focus using the method of literature research and questionnaire survey,guided by the theory of human-oriented matching and competitiveness,the operational path of the company personnel management system and its influences And of four dimensions,in order to establish the human resources management index of enterprises,namely satisfaction,competitiveness,competitiveness,as well as the stability and support analysis and the comprehensive evaluation of human resources management.This paper sets out the continuous improvement strategy of J’s personnel management system.four aspects of satisfaction,competitiveness,stability and predictability,covering in particular the improvement of staff planning,the expansion of employment channels and the deepening of cooperation between school enterprises;With regard to skills,it shall include,in particular,the establishment of a talent selection mode based on the ability and improvement of skills training;From the point of view of stability,it includes,in particular,strengthening corporate culture,strengthening risk management,setting up transfer payments and opening career development channels;With regard to the readability of the reservoir,it mainly includes improving the readability of key parts and management parts.The research results of this paper can not only effectively help the optimization of enterprise human resource management system in the new era of socialism,but also help enterprises gain greater value and ensure the sustainable development and green development of enterprises.
