Research On The Distribution Of Outdoor Sports Facilities In Community Of Harbin

China is facing a comprehensive well-off society during "13th Five-Year" period.In order to make our residents enjoy the fruits of modernization and improve the national physical quality,China raise the national fitness strategy into the national strategy.Community sports is the foundation of developing mass sports.At present,the research of urban community sports facilities in our country focus on the overall study of indoor and outdoor sports facilities.The attention to the outdoor sports facilities is relatively weak.At present,the allocation of most urban community sports facilities in China are according to the index of urban community sports facilities construction land,also called 05 standard.But Harbin is the romantic capital of ice and snow.The city's sports features are different from other cities,so the allocation of outdoor sports facilities can't simply depend on the national standard,it needs to be studied for the local special development.First,understand the latest research progress on outdoor sports facilities at home and abroad,determining the significance and methods of the research.Analyze the concept of community,community sports,community sports facilities,outdoor sports facilities in communities and the theories of residential district planning as well as demand level theory,successful cases of at home and abroad.Secondly,through 485 Internet questionnaires,the overall situation and demand intention of community outdoor sports facilities were investigated.The outdoor sports facilities in 5 different communities in Harbin were surveyed on the spot.More than 200 citizens were investigated through questionnaires and interviews to learn about the behavior characteristics of the daily sports activities,as well as the satisfaction and demand of the outdoor sports facilities in the community.The analysis found that the development of Harbin community outdoor sports facilities has the following problems.There are some deficiencies in the allocation standard of outdoor sports facilities in communities,and insufficient supervision as well as maintenance of Department,and the insufficient consciousness of sports and safeguarding rights.Finally,put forward suitable standard of outdoor sports facilities for Harbin.Three modes of sports facilities allocation were put forward and the corresponding allocation mode was applied to the research community.And we should improve the consciousness of sports and safeguard the rights of the residents in an all-round way.
