With the development of the power system and the deepening of the reform of the power system,the operation mode of unattended substation has been comprehensively promoted.Some traditional substations have gradually changed into intelligent substations in the construction mode,operation mode and maintenance mode.State Grid Corporation of China proposes relevant research on "higher security,stronger reliability and more intelligent" intelligent substation,which improves the management and control strength of operation and maintenance personnel on the operation status of equipment in the substation and the penetration of operation and maintenance management strength.It is necessary to design,research and implement the "intelligent operation and maintenance management and control system of substation"(hereinafter referred to as the management and control system).This paper first introduces the research background,domestic and international status and research content of intelligent operation inspection and control system of substation.Chapter two introduces the research on the overall functional requirements of the control system,the research on the information monitoring requirements of various subsystems such as the access intelligent assistant,online monitoring,inspection robot and integrated self-system.Chapter three introduces the overall design research of the control system,including business research and 3D feasibility.Visual research,online monitoring,intelligent auxiliary and other six subsystems research and development,including data structure research,UI page research,further research and design of advanced functions,focusing on the realization of equipment inspection,statistical analysis and other functions,initially replacing the operation and maintenance manual daily inspection,manual meter reading,looking up operation data,generating various statistical reports and other work,aiming at indoor and outdoor work.Imperfect station end systems such as patrol inspection robot,infrared temperature measurement,online monitoring and intelligent assistance,as well as perfect safety access device and PMS interconnection interface,unify the standard system,carry out special transformation and improve the system source end data;further carry out data mining analysis,research on active early warning types,design of related information push and decision database,and development of auxiliary decision-making functions.The fourth chapter introduces the various implementation effects after the research and development of the management and control system,integrates the existing stock system from the perspective of daily operation and maintenance in the station,analyzes the data characteristics,data content and implementation functions of each system,and carries out the communication mode,data structure designed by the system,and system and other docking system security according to the actual situation of each system.Comprehensive,some basic functions of its own system,advanced application functions of transportation inspection business,etc.
