Research On Operation Process Optimization Of Line Maintenance Workshop Of K Railway Bureau Based On Lean Production

Railway is also known as the main artery of the national economy.Compared with other modes of transportation,railway has the advantages of large volume,wide coverage,and low transportation cost.It plays an important role in the entire transportation mode.With the ever-increasing demand for railway passenger and freight transportation and the precise implementation of the “one map per day” for passenger and freight transportation,the efficient operation of lines has become an important link.Railway line maintenance work plays an important role in maintaining train operation,improving train operation efficiency,and extending the line maintenance cycle.Safe,high-quality,and efficient line maintenance work helps to improve railway transportation capacity.By strengthening equipment maintenance management,systematically improving equipment safety guarantee capabilities,improving the maintenance and maintenance evaluation standard system that is compatible with the repair process repair system,it is urgent to promote precision,refined maintenance and full life cycle health management.In this paper,by investigating the current status of the operation process of the line maintenance workshop of the K Railway Bureau and collecting data by issuing questionnaires,it analyzes the problems existing in the line workshop operation process,and combines the ideas of lean management to use lean production tools to analyze the operation process.Carry out optimization and suggest basic research ideas for possible problems in the optimization process.By integrating the concept of lean thinking in line maintenance operations and optimizing the operation process,it is concluded that the line maintenance workshop operation process based on lean production optimization can effectively help railway equipment maintenance units improve operation efficiency and reduce production costs.
