Research On Hainan Rural Park Planning Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In recent years,the topic of rural development has been a focus of attention.With the proposal of“new urbanization",it provides a brand-new background and ideas for the development of rural China.In this context,rural individuality and geographical history have received more and more attention.Rural development has become one of the core competitiveness of regional development.The development of rural tourism in Hainan is gradually showing a trend of continuous increase so far,and the number of rural tourism projects is increasing day by day.The development of rural parks with beautiful pastoral scenery,profound cultural heritage and unique geographical and industrial features has also broadened the construction of "beautiful villages”.However,there are still a few articles on Hainan's rural park planning and this study was conducted for the purpose of enriching this aspect.Based on the development trend of new urbanization and the combination of historical literature and previous research results,this article clarifies and sorts out the impact of new urbanization on rural parks and the development status of Hainan rural parks through surveys,photo-taking,and comparative analysis.The planning direction of Hainan rural park under the background of new urbanization has been defined as"ecology,production and living",thus systematically constructing the theoretical framework applicable to the planning of Hainan rural park,and this paper proposes corresponding promote suggestions and strategies from the macroscopic,medium,and microscopic perspectives,and apply them to practical cases.This paper also practically analyze the general ideas,layout strategies,and industrial development that apply to the Hainan rural park project construction process.This article includes three parts:The first part:basic research.It reviews the development of rural planning,rural tourism,and rural parks at home and abroad,summaries the concept of rural parks based on previous research results.At the same time,the comparative analysis of rural parks and different types of parks was conducted to summarize the characteristics of rural parks and analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by rural parks in the context of new urbanization.The second part:systematic study.It analyzes the status quo of development of rural parks in Hainan through visit investigation,which focus on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the ecological,production and living aspects of the construction of rural parks,explore the planning direction of rural parks in the current stage of development,so as to construct a rural park planning theoretical framework in macro,meso,and micro level from rural“ecology,production and living" perspective.The third part:Practical case analysis.The above method was used to plan and analyze the project examples,so as to further analyze the planning methods applicable to the construction of rural parks in Hainan.Through the preliminary discussion on the planning method of rural parks under the new urbanization background,the author is in hope to sum up the internal and external links between the "ecology,production and living" in the development of rural parks,better integrate the ecological environment,industrial development and regional culture,and create a park that is rich in local culture and sustainable development.
