Localization Research For Rural Homestay Design From The Perspective Of ’’Production,Living,Ecology’’

The main content of this paper is to study how to realize the local design of rural homestays in China from the perspective of "" Production,Living,Ecology "".Thanks to the "rural revitalization" proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,rural tourism has ushered in an unprecedented prosperity.The home-stay industry has gradually developed and expanded in the countryside,bringing benefits to the countryside.However,due to the lack of normative theoretical guidance and the imperfection of laws and regulations,problems such as homogeneity,Internet popularity,urbanization and even a mixture of styles exist in the construction of homestayings.In terms of operation,there are hidden dangers of safety and health,single business form,imprecise positioning and short life,etc.Homestayings design is influenced by cities and implanting a large number of foreign cultures.There is a serious lack of local culture.In order to solve the theoretical shortage of local design in rural homestay design and the scarcity of practical cases,this paper adopts the literature research method,case analysis method and comparative research method to extract and summarize the theory for reference from the research of rural homestay design,and puts forward the thinking based on the three levels of "production","living" and "ecology" in rural areas.The homestay industry is linked to rural development,the homestay business form inspires the diversified development of rural traditional industries,and the local culture is activated through the design of homestay.The design and construction of homestay fully reflects the extension of local culture or element extraction and integration,so that homestay as a new type of space to bring resources and benefits to the countryside,while harmoniously into the rural fabric,to bring unique cultural experience in the stay.Finally,aiming at how to explore the homestay form with local flavor in the countryside with different cultures,a set of systematic homestay design theory guidance is obtained.By using the method of confirmatory research,this paper takes the reconstruction of an old residential house in Mayuan Village,Zhubei Town,Qingyang County,Chizhou City,Anhui Province as an example,and applies the design strategy obtained in it.Retain the original potted industry and architectural form of the old residential houses,combine the potted garden units with the rural traditional planting industry,and fully integrate the local humanistic elements into the design of the homesand.From the study of the local nature of the business form and design,the paper creates a home-stay space with potted plants as the theme,and links it with rural ecology and rural life,in order to provide practical experience and cases for the study of the local nature of rural home-stay design.Figure [86] table [10] reference [64]...
