Research On Landscape Reconstruction Design Of Rizhao Wanping Homeland Elderly Apartment Park

In recent years,with the continuous development of our society,the social population structure is also changing,the proportion of the elderly population in the total population is gradually increasing,and the corresponding elderly apartment construction is also continuously developing,becoming an indispensable part of today's pension institutions.However,due to the late start of the research on senior apartments in China and the less attention paid to the landscape design of senior apartments,there are some problems in related supporting facilities and barrier-free design in landscape design.Therefore,it is urgent to study the theory and practical application of landscape design for senior apartments.Therefore,based on the basic characteristics of the elderly and the needs of daily life,this paper studies the landscape environment renovation design of Rizhao Wanping Home Apartment Park for the Elderly.In this paper,the landscape design of the elderly apartment in Rizhao Wanping Home is taken as the research object for investigation and renovation.The behavior characteristics,needs and existing landscape problems of the elderly in Rizhao Wanping Home are summarized by means of field investigation and questionnaire.Based on the design principles of safety and barrier-free,the specific renovation scheme is proposed.The purpose of this paper is to sum up the landscape rest space,exercise and rehabilitation space and roads that meet the characteristics of the elderly based on the characteristics of the elderly in apartments,their environmental needs and relevant design principles.I hope the research and discussion in this paper can be helpful to the improvement of the landscape design of Rizhao senior apartment in the future and contribute my own strength.
