Study On Quality Control Of Pandaoling Tunnel Project Construction

The long and large tunnel project appeared in the construction of railway engineering frequently,and the long and large tunnel is often a project or even a line of key control engineering.The tunnel construction quality is the key to the overall project quality,which must be guaranteed.The Pandaoling tunnel is located in Dandong city in Liaoning province,located at the Jin-Dan connection link,which the total length is 4870 m and it is a long and large tunnel project.It will be a problem worthy of further research how to protect the tunnel bends by construction quality control of the project construction quality.Based on the theory of quality control of construction project,this paper expounds the background and main design scheme of Pandaoling tunnel project,and analyzes the present situation of quality control of Pandaoling tunnel project.It is found that there are defects and deficiencies in quality control.There is no sample of reference mode in the field quality control process,which causes local problems in quality entities and affects the overall situation.As a result,in this paper,the construction project quality control and combination of PDCA circulation method,based on PDCA cycle construction quality control process,and the process are discussed in detail in the bends the tunnel engineering construction quality control in the process of application:advance geological forecast,introduced in the engineering construction preparation stage,analysis before hand control of engineering geology,the engineering construction stage,the project of key projects,the hole body excavation,the hole body supporting,key control drainage and ventilation engineering,dynamic monitor monitoring measure,introduced in the quality inspection stage,partial projects of engineering quality control,finally based on PDCA cycle of shotcrete in the tunnel engineering construction quality control,further verify the PDCA cycle control process of tunnel project construction quality control of the rationality and scientific nature.In order to strengthen the Pandaoling tunnel project construction quality control,in addition to the use of scientific quality control process to control the whole process of the construction process,also need to strengthen quality consciousness for all employees of the engineering construction,and correctly handle time limit for a project in the construction process,the relationship between the cost and quality.
