Research On Construction Quality Control Of Hotel Office Building Project Of S Estate Company

China’s construction industry started relatively late.Compared with the international advanced level,there is still room for further improvement in quality control system,construction of relevant construction laws and regulations,technological innovation ability and so on.In recent years,a large number of residential houses have sprung up every year.However,the frequent accidents in key projects have also attracted extensive attention from all aspects.It is urgent to improve and implement the construction quality responsibility management mechanism.Taking the hotel office building project of s real estate company as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the construction quality control of the project,and puts forward a whole process construction quality control scheme from the construction preparation stage to the construction process stage to the completion acceptance stage.For the construction process stage,the quality of the construction process stage is closer to the quality requirements after the overall completion of the project.At the same time,the quality control of this stage is the stage most likely to improve the construction quality in the process of completing the project.Therefore,according to the quality control characteristics of this stage,through the theoretical tool PDCA,the path to improve the level of quality control is analyzed with two rounds of PDCA cycle.Finally,the safeguard measures of the overall project construction quality control scheme are put forward.This study is expected to improve the quality control ability of similar projects and provide a powerful reference for future work.
