Highway reconstruction projects are the trend of The Times.Due to the flattening and universality of project development,highway reconstruction projects will be the products of the future era.By reading a large number of literature,summed up the research on the risk management of highway reconstruction project is rare,and the process of the risk manage-ment of highway reconstruction project,we have not been able to more accurately grasp the key factors affecting highway rebuilding project among excessive risk factors,which cause the low efficiency of highway reconstruction project risk management.So the paper finds the key risk factors of S315 highway reconstruction project throng the model SPR,and targets for risk management to improve the efficiency of risk management.This paper combines AHP level analysis method to realize the risk management of high-way reconstruction project,Based on the SPR model,Basically has the following findings:(1)this paper sets out to research risk factors of risk management,sets up the index man-agement mechanism,risk factors,risk assessment,risk early warning and risk assessment and risk control four risk management mechanism,from the macroscopic level.The paper combine the four risk management mechanism to manage the factors of risk man-agement of risk management,which embodies the systematic and scientific research in this paper.(2)The paper establishes a three dimensional index from the state level,stress level and the corresponding level,using SPR model of highway reconstruction project risk fac-tors;(3)The paper applies the model of international environmental engineering to the engi-neering model,which is interdisciplinary.(4)The paper evaluates the risk managements of highway rebuilding project,though from the perspective of the data and model,basing on the state of PSR-pressure-response model and AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP).the im-pact evaluation is obtained on the three-dimensional highway reconstruction project risk management the key risk factors:the smaller the risk factors affecting the weight,under the effect of SPR model,the corresponding risk more sensitive,the results of risk management plays an important role.Therefore,the evaluation results show that the risk factors that the smaller the weight value will be are the key risk factors for risk management.In addition,the risk influencing factors that overlap in three dimensions are the primary risk factors that need to be controlled.(5)corresponding countermeasures are given to the key factors of highway reconstruction projects.
