Risk Factor Analysis Of The Reconstruction Project

Expansion and reconstruction project is usually carried out together,also is a project in the expansion of technological transformation process,but also the original solid capital scale,so the project to change the expansion project.Because of its large scale,large investment,long cycle,the single piece and complexity of production,the Reconstruction and Expansion project is more risk than general production,so it is very important to carry out risk management.In this paper,we apply the risk management theory,including: project complexity,project interface and risk identification,to the RS company's expansion project in practice.Based on the perspective of the whole process of project construction,the risk of the expansion project was identified through literature reading,and the risk factors were further deleted,modified and supplemented by expert interview;According to the design questionnaire,the questionnaire was issued to the industry,and the views on the impact of these risk factors on the project objectives were collected.Then the data for statistical analysis,we do the risk impact ranking.We find that the influence of the top five risk factors are: Survey and design experience,instrument system compatibility,stakeholder identification,overall planning and layout,underground pipe network;At the same time,exploratory factor analysis was conducted to identify the risk factors into 5 groups,namely: operation and compatibility;organizational environment;demand induction;functional climate: policy procedures.In this study,the system identifies the reconstruction and extension project's risk and also identifies the whole process project's risk,Based on this,not only enrich the modified expansion project risk management research,and the engineering practice in the expansion project risk management has certain guidance and reference significance and is conducive to the promotion of the success of the expansion project.
