Research On Design Of Nursing Home For Rebuiding Old Factory In Guangdong Area

Since the 1980 s,the number of migrants in Guangdong has increased and the economy has developed at a rapid rate.As a result,there are many idle old factories in major cities in the region that are in urgent need of revitalization,and the major cities have successively entered a stage of deep aging.In order to alleviate the grave old-age pension situation,the Central State Council and local governments in the region have successively introduced relevant policies in recent years to encourage the transformation of old factories buildings into an elderly care service,which is an important method to solve the shortage of pension needs in the future and urgently needs to be studied.In recent years,examples of nursing homes for the transformation of old factories have been established in large cities in the region.The survey found that due to the lack of relevant old factories selection standards and transformation experience,the quality of nursing homes for the transformation of old factories was uneven and the transformation was not perfect.Based on the above background,how to select appropriate old factories quickly and transform it into nursing homes suitable for the elderly has important implications for relieving the pressure on the elderly in the region.This article takes the nursing homes transformed from the old factories buildings as the research object,and deeply discusses the selection factors and design methods of the factory buildings for the old nursing homes.In chapter two of this paper,based on a large number of case studies at home and abroad combined with field research,the characteristics and requirements of functional housing for nursing homes suitable for the elderly are summarized by analyzing the physical and psychological characteristics and needs of the elderly.The third chapter conducts field investigation and comprehensive analysis of nursing homes for the transformation of a number of old factories in China.It selects four representative nursing homes for explanation,and finds out the current status and problems of various functional spaces after the transformation,and summarizes them.In the fourth chapter,on the basis of the previous chapters,a standard for the transformation of the old factories building suitable for nursing homes was proposed,and the corresponding selection factors were analyzed and compared.We got the conclusion that the mixed space of reinforced concrete frame structure and frame-shear wall structure is most potential in transformation.Based on the analysis and research of the previous chapters,the fifth chapter puts forward the core design principles of the old nursing homes transformation-function replacement,space optimization,structure rectification,economic and environment protection and renovation process-function configuration,functional module design,function module combination optimization.,traffic organization,structural rectification,external protection structure,external site environment,initially formed a relatively comprehensive set of design methods for the old factories transformation into nursing homes.The above research results are expected to provide certain reference values for decision-makers of the pension industry and designers in Guangdong and other major cities in China,provide basis for the formulation of future industry-related standards and regulations,and provide references for the study of other types of nursing homes transformed from old buildings.We also hope to improve the design system of nursing homes in China,improve the quality of life of the elderly in this type of nursing homes.
