China's architectural energy-saving design originated in the northern region.Based on the energy characteristics of local residents, the energy use situation of the whole space was summarized and energy-saving design results were achieved. The construction energy conservation work in hot summer and cold winter regions started in 2001,and the basic research is very weak. Therefore, the energy saving design method in the north was used for reference, and the energy use conditions for the entire space were used. However, due to the hot,wet and cold climate in summer and the limited living conditions of the people, the residents have formed intermittent energy usage modes, which are significantly different from the energy use conditions specified in the existing design codes. The resulting energy-saving rate and energy-saving effect are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation, which may lead to huge savings in the maintenance of structural energy-saving in this area but with little success. In order to get a more accurate result of building energy consumption, you must use a design method that is closer to reality. In view of the rationality of the calculation period of building energy in the current regulations, this paper uses the five-day moving average method to calculate the heating and air-conditioning calculation period for several typical cities in Zhejiang Province. In order to solve the problem of serious "breaks" in some cities, the method of summing the average number of days of annual averages and the annual average method was proposed. The methods for determining the corresponding start and end dates were given. Finally, consider the solar radiation to correct the calculation period. In order to accurately describe the energy use behavior of residents in hot summer and cold winter regions, this paper analyzes the climate characteristics of the region, combines the residents' air-conditioning energy use behavior questionnaire and the small-scale home test data in a typical city of Hangzhou, using three parameters Weibull. The probability function extracts typical human behavioral parameters. The accuracy of this function is proved by the comparison of simulated measurement maps and the autocorrelation analysis of simulated measurement points. It is closer to the actual situation and can better describe the energy use behavior of residents in the area.In order to compare the actual energy-saving effect of different thermal insulation technologies, this paper calculates and analyzes the energy-saving effects of several common insulation methods of the wall. The results show that both the economical behavior model and the comfortable human behavior model have significant energy-saving effects in the external wall insulation of the area, but the external wall insulation effect is significantly better than the external wall insulation. The insulation measures of the internal partitions and floors have energy-saving effects that cannot be ignored. The energy consumption of residential buildings is significantly affected by the ratio of window to wall and the comprehensive shading coefficient. In this paper,by using DeST simulation calculations, the above two parameters are changed respectively to obtain the trend of energy consumption changes, and the proposed value range is given.Based on the above research results, the proposed amendments are proposed for the calculation period and window-wall ratio limits in the existing specifications.
