The housing problem of youth in themore large and medium-sized city development degree is high, the performance ofthe more serious. At present, our existing residential district planning andarchitectural design is the most number of commercial survey firm through thebasic survey of social experience, to speculate the market supply and demand, lackof the architects from the point of view of young people living needs and livingconditions of the appearance of a further study and summary. Unable to grasp thecore of the problem, it can not solve the social youth residential structuralimbalance between supply and demand. This paper chooses Shanghai city as thescope of the investigation, analysis of the problems of living patterns of behaviorfrom the perspective of the youth and youth, summarize youth living needs,combined with new ideas and technology, study the design strategy, to provide forthe design and development of the construction of the youth housing may be morereasonable, more feasible way.This paper studies on the subjects--youth residential concept definition,and analysis of contemporary city youth behavior patterns and living needs, and tosummarize the youth residential design should follow the principle. On thedomestic currently has the "youth community" for example, the elaboration andconclusion, points out the existing problems and worthwhile; finally, in specificenvironment and actual base, from the overall planning to the outdoor spaceenvironment and the internal space, detail design method of residential youth,elaborate youth residential design ideas are proposed in this thesis.The research aims to create a better youth housing for young people to live at ease,happy to live can provide design strategy of operation, in order to provide somevaluable reference and useful reference for the youth housing design in the futureof our country.
