| China is a big energy consumption country in the world,and building energy consumption is the main contributor to the total energy consumption.With the deterioration of the environment,saving energy and reducing consumption is becoming a worldwide problem,green building in China has been more and more attention.However,green building started late in our country,the research of green building in our country,mostly concentrated in the concept and technical aspects.Therefore,this paper based on the life cycle cost theory,the use of cost-benefit evaluation method and combined with the actual case of Zhejiang province,the project life cycle of the economic indicators for calculation and analysis,analysis of the feasibility of its investment program.In this paper,the research status and existing problems of green building at home and abroad are described firstly,then some related concepts are introduced.from the perspective of life cycle,incremental cost and incremental benefit at different stages are identified and quantified;Then a green building in Zhejiang area is selected as a case study.the analysis results show that the incremental benefits of green building can make up for the incremental costs within a limited period of time.Finally,the shortcomings of the research are summarized and the future research is prospected.In this paper,the main indicators of green technology used in green building are analyzed and calculated,and the economic evaluation and analysis method is established,which provides a reference for the development and optimization of green building in China. |
