As a worldwide energy consumption country, China's various energy consumption amount has ranked first in the world, which reaching 21.5%.The idea for the development of energy conservation oriented society has become an inevitable trend. At the same time, our country also put forward the development of the concept of "green" in the 13 th Five-year period development goals. And it will deal with global climate change and green low carbon development as an important research direction. So the construction industry as a large energy consumption production, conform to the national development goals, promote the development of green building construction has become a hot and inevitable trend.At present, in the study of the cost and benefit of green building, more attention is attached to the research and development of the corresponding green building technology and the green building technology, more emphasis on the cost benefit of the evaluation method. In the middle of the green building which proposed "four kinds of energy-saving sections one environment conservation", energy generated by the incremental cost accounted for about 47%. However, energy-saving's direct economic benefits receive the relatively few studies. Especially lacking of the incremental costs and benefits of direct economic calculation and analysis. It cannot fully demonstrate green building's economic feasibility. So that the government, developers, consumers and many other related objects cannot be an objective and correct understanding of the green building. To a certain extent, that hinders the development of green building.Therefore, basing on the review of domestic and foreign related research, the article uses the theory and method of system dynamics to the dynamic simulates relationship between incremental costs and benefits of green building's energy-saving. Then with the causal feedback relations, system dynamics model is established. And through a combination of Gansu area green building certification program example's simulation. According to the simulation results, the following results are obtained:(1) according to actual situation of energy-saving green building evaluation criteria in the evaluation rules and Gansu area combined with construction quota, it extracts and the establishes a suitable Gansu area of green building energy-saving technology system. Then incremental cost and benefit of green building and common building are compared and analyzed, and the corresponding energy saving economic analysis data are calculated;(2)using the economic and energy saving analysis data to substitute with having established green building energy-saving incremental costs and benefits of the system dynamics model. Then it operates model and dynamic analysis the energy-saving green building incremental costs and benefits in the building life cycle changes in variation. And it verifies the energy-saving green building in its whole life cycle stage, the total energy saving incremental benefit is greater than the total incremental cost of energy efficiency;(3) having a dynamic simulation of the energy-saving green building actual investment recovery period, and produced by different energy-saving technologies to incremental cost and benefits fluctuation change. Making the green building's developers to control and select more actually the technologies, which have a more important influence on the process of construction. Then it optimizes and controls those technologies;(4) using dynamic simulation run out energy-saving incremental costs and benefits of curve diagram, it can more clearly understand the observed the change of incremental costs and benefits. With the term for the use of green building energy-saving technologies, which the incremental benefits would increase gradually larger than the incremental cost of the corresponding. Then it makes groups related objectively and correctly understanding of green building. At last, it will be more conducive to the promotion of green building construction;(5) Through designing different energy-saving rate parameter setting, dynamic simulations run out different energy-saving rate for incremental cost of green building energy saving, green building energy-saving incremental costs and benefits' influence degree of the change contrast analysis diagram, indicating that the energy-saving rate increased with increasing amplitude, a lesser extent for the incremental cost of green building energy saving, and increased amplitude of a greater degree of influence for green building energy-saving incremental costs and benefits. It could provide effective references for government departments to develop relevant of green building energy saving design standard in the future, which would be more conducive to Gansu Province and the northwest area's green building policy formulation and the development's promotion;...
