With the development of society,there are more and more kinds of automobile products.As a core of the car engine,the type and structure are also becoming more and more complicated.The problems of traditional materials delivery are becoming more and more obvious,such as material delivery is not timely,delivery information is wrong and so on.In order to improve the accuracy and timeless of material delivery,this paper puts forward a dynamic material distribution strategy for the engine assembly shop under the Internet of Things(IOT)environment.Based on this,designed and developed a dynamic material distribution system,and achieve the optimization of material distribution.Firstly,introduces the production and assembly process of the traditional engine assembly shop,analyzes the material classification method and the material delivery mode of the traditional engine assembly shop in the detail,and points out some problems existing in the material delivery model of the traditional engine assembly shop.Secondly,through the analysis of the assembly process of the engine in IOT environment and obtain the results of demand of the material in the process of engine assembly and put forward the strategy of dynamic material distribution based on station in IOT environment,and analyzed the time window of material deliveryThen,constructing an optimization model of dynamic material delivery route with the shortest path and minimum energy consumption,and use the improved ant colony algorithm to analyze the model.Next,taking an engine assembly shop as an example,a reasonable material distribution plan is obtained,which minimizes the delivery of vehicles,improves the utilization of delivery vehicles and reduces the energy consumption of delivery vehicles.Finally,based on a school-enterprise cooperation project as a platform,combines MES and IOT technology,designed and development the dynamic material distribution system of the engine assembly shop of the company,which help enterprises better material management and rational planning of material distribution routes,reducing the cost of material distribution business and improve the efficiency of the material distribution business.
