The cold chain logistics industry,driven by both favorable policies and strong demand,is developing rapidly and has broad prospects in the future.Today,with the transformation and upgrading of consumption,the rising of the e-commerce of fresh agricultural products has brought new vitality to the cold chain logistics.The cold chain logistics industry has entered a new stage of development.Challenges and opportunities coexist.The development of cold chain logistics industry is still in the exploration stage.Because of lack of cold chain facilities,equipment shortage,professionals,and experience in supply chain management,the development of cold chain logistics have been hindered.In view of the logistics service that logistics center distributes goods to chain supermarket stores or large restaurants,this paper,taking multi temperature refrigerated vehicles as the main body,put forward a multi temperature joint-delivery model.The model was solved by MATLAB.The shortest route based on real road network was planed by ArcGIS.At the same time,Internet of things technology was used to provide technical support for cold chain services.(1)Based on the characteristics of cold chain logistics and high cost,the concept of multi-temperature joint-delivery was put forward.The multi-temperature joint-delivery routing optimization model was constructed based on multi-temperature refrigerated vehicle.The multi-temperature joint-delivery routing optimization model considering carbon emissions was established.The integrated optimization model of multi-temperature joint-delivery routing and loading based on unit quality cost was established.(2)Through the algorithm design,the model proposed in this paper was solved by MATLAB,and the shortest route based on real road network was solved.The results showed that the multi-temperature joint-delivery model can save the scheduling of two vehicles and reduce the cost by 34.1%compared with the traditional cold chain mode according to calculation example of this paper.Real distance reduced to 45.9%of previous distance.When the carbon tax value is 15 yuan/kg,the cost of carbon emissions is 16.9%lower than that the model without carbon emissions.If the unit mass cost is taken as the consideration of the utilization ratio of deadweight,the increase of the utilization rate of deadweight can be realized.(3)Using ZigBee multi-point temperature sensor network and vehicle Beidou locator to set up the sensing layer.Using ZigBee short-range wireless communication and 3G network to design the network layer.Establishing two databases to record temperature information and vehicle position information in the application layer design.(4)Developing multi-temperature joint-delivery optimization system for cold chain logistics.The system can realize distribution routing decision,loading sequence query and cold chain quality management.Meanwhile,app on Android mobile phone can realize the quality control of cold chain on driver side.The purpose of this study is to point out the direction for the development of cold chain logistics industry and to provide important ideas and technical support for the decision of cold chain logistics distribution scheme.
