| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the Chinese government continues to push forward the investment and construction process of the expressway,which leads to the continuous expansion of the service area of the toll road network,the increasing density of the construction of the road network,thus the problem of the ambiguous path becomes the burning issues which need to be solved recently.At the same time,a variety of information collection devices on the highway are cross and redundant,resulting in duplication of highway construction and high investment costs.Path recognition system as a complete set of Internet of Things technology application system,it can not only be used as a single ambiguity path recognition tool,but also process and analyze various data in order to obtain more accurate travel time and OD traffic flow and other information considering its two-way communication function.This paper constructs the path recognition system based on 5.8GHz short distance communication technology.The route information and various traffic information are obtained through two-way communication between ETC vehicle or MTC vehicle and roadside identification station.In the travel time estimation,the driver’s long-distance travel routes are divided into short-distance basic sections,and based on the optimization of the amount of observation data in basic sections,the multi-channel data fusion is used to eliminate the errors caused by the various factors of the vehicle and the driver on the basic road section,and obtain the more accurate and reliable travel time estimation.And in the traffic flow estimation,the least squares method is used to dynamically balance the exit flow and the entrance flow and the travel route flow in the time zone.When the OD error value in every time interval and every path is minimized,the OD traffic flow in any time period is estimated in real time.Then,the actual case analysis is used to verify the accuracy of the travel time and the OD traffic flow algorithm.The results show that the model algorithm proposed in this paper has less error in traffic information collection and better data efficiency.Finally,based on the various information of the expressway network,the traffic condition evaluation index of four dimensions of severity,spatial scope,duration and load level is established.Based on the ambiguity path identification,this paper uses the information acquisition function of the roadside identification station system to further process the comprehensive traffic information such as travel time,OD traffic flow,traffic speed and traffic flow,and through path recognition system publishes real-time information to travelers,providing reliable data support and information services for travelers,government administrations and expressway operators. |
