With the rapid development of the level of medical information in China,the disadvantages of traditional pharmacy management are gradually exposed.The research and development of the rapid drug delivery system for pharmacy automation has become a hot topic of concern.Some large and medium-sized hospitals in China have begun to introduce pharmacy automation equipment.The management and service quality of pharmacy have been improved to a certain extent,However,there are still some problems,such as the quantity of drug delivery,the complexity of the business process and the high cost of equipment maintenance.In view of the above problems,the paper takes the fast drug dispenser based on the technology of internet of things as the research object,and studies its key technical problems,and puts forward a system based on the IOT and the delivery system.The main research work of this article will be as follows:Firstly,the paper put forward a kind of intelligent vertical fast drug dispenser,which analyzed of the current research status inland and abroad,and aimed at the functional requirements of the pharmacy rapid drug delivery system and the technical indexes to be achieved.On the basis of the complete design of the system,a kind of horizontal rotating storage cabinet structure and "one to many" was innovatively proposed.The matrix dispensing method had greatly improved the utilization rate and dispensing efficiency of pharmacy.Furthermore,On the basis of the general design of the system,the mechanical system was designed,and the dynamic and kinematic analysis of the mechanism was used to optimize the design of the key mechanism of the system.Secondly,According to the system structure characteristics and functional requirements,the hardware design and selection of the function modules of the control system were completed and the multi thread technology was used to implement the concurrent execution of the functional modules of the system.The control method of the executive mechanism and the setting of the PID parameters were studied,and the system synchronous servo,rotary motion and drug delivery were also completed.The program of counting and other control requirements was realized,and a remote monitoring system based on the internet of things was built,and the requirement analyzed,the general design scheme and the concrete realization method of the monitoring system were deeply studied and analyzed.Finally,the selection path optimization strategy of intelligent vertical fast drug delivery system was studied,a mathematical model of path optimization was established,and an improved ant colony genetic hybrid algorithm was proposed.The simulation calculation and performance comparison analysis of this algorithm were carried out,and the solution method was combined with the graph theory method.The results showed that this method effectively improved the efficiency of the system.The rapid pharmacy drug dispensing system researched and implemented in this paper conforms to the development trend of China's automated pharmacy and breaks through the drug management and monitoring model of traditional pharmacies.When we compared with the rapid drug dispensing equipment on the market,this design has high speed,high accuracy,small space and efficient fault feedback mechanism,and so on.At present,the system has been developed and started to enter the testing stage with the hospital system,which is expected to bring about good social and economic benefits.
