| With the continuous adjustment of China’s urban industrial structure and the rapid expansion of the city,a large number of old industrial buildings have been demolished,which has brought serious damage to industrial civilization,the fault of urban culture and the waste of resources.The transformation of industrial buildings is imminent.At this time,under the background of the innovation strategy of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",mass innovation space has sprung up rapidly,and more space carriers need to be found in the city.In2016,the State Council deployed the development strategy of increasing support and encouraging the transformation of idle plants,warehouses and other buildings into mass innovation space and double innovation base.The policy provides an opportunity for the transformation of old industrial buildings into maker space.Therefore,this paper selects the old industrial buildings which are not affected by the repair of the general building structure and maintenance facilities as the research object,and systematically and comprehensively expounds the adaptive transformation design strategy of the old industrial buildings facing the maker space.In which aspects of the old industrial building transformation and maker space fit,the existing problems and solutions of the old industrial buildings facing maker space transformation,these are the problems to be studied in this paper.The purpose of this study is to explore the adaptability of old industrial building transformation and maker space,provide a new direction for the development of old industrial buildings,provide reference for maker space design,and provide practical design strategy guidelines for maker space for old industrial building transformation.Based on a variety of factors,four typical cases of crowdsourcing space in the reconstruction of old industrial buildings are selected to conduct a questionnaire survey with SD method.By analyzing the data of the case study,this paper studies the differences of people’s psychological evaluation of space use under different transformation methods.Then the factors are used to analyze,screen and extract the data.The three factors that can most affect the psychological feelings of users are extracted.The three factors are named external space environment factor,internal space factor and indoor physical environment factor.Finally,the adaptive transformation strategies are put forward from these three levels.At the end of this chapter,Baotou sugar factory is a reconstruction project.Combined with the existing problems of Baotou sugar factory and the use needs of the surrounding people,it uses three strategies of external space environment,internal space and indoor physical space to carry out adaptive transformation of Baotou sugar factory. |
