With the process of urban renewal and industrial structure upgrading in China,as the carrier of industrial culture,recycling old industrial buildings has become an important means to protect the ecological environment,protect industrial buildings and continue industrial culture.However,in the investigation of dozens of projects across the country,the research group found that the current old industrial building renovation construction lack of performance management guidance,especially the lack of correct understanding and practice of performance management,hindering the improvement of construction management level and the development of China’s old industrial building reuse projects.The establishment of a scientific and reasonable team performance evaluation system is conducive to improving the green transformation effect of old industrial buildings,promoting the performance level of construction management team,more conducive to the implementation and development of team strategy,and is of great significance to the development of construction enterprises.Therefore,this paper relies on the national natural science foundation of China project "Study on the mechanism of Green Energy-Saving Oriented Function Transformation of Old Industrial Buildings",selects the green construction management team of old industrial buildings as the research object and conducts a research on the team performance evaluation.The main research contents include the following aspects:First of all,through the field research of dozens of renovation projects in China,we understand the status quo of the recycling and renovation construction management of old industrial buildings in China.Through the literature research and data collection of the old industrial building construction management theory and performance management theory,this paper sorts out the current situation of the construction management team performance evaluation,and summarizes and analyzes the existing problems.Secondly,introduce the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system for the team building,combined with the transformation of old industrial building construction management and construction management team,the characteristics of the constructed including financial,stakeholders,internal process,learning and growing and transformation of the green,a total of five dimensions and indicators of performance evaluation index system of construction management team.Thirdly,questionnaire was designed according to the team performance evaluation index system,research data were collected,and SPSS and AMOS were used to test the reliability and validity of the data.By using the structural equation model and factor analysis method,the performance hypothesis model of old industrial building green renovation construction management team was established,tested and modified,and the final team performance evaluation index system was obtained,which verified the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation system.Finally,in order to Baoji Culture and Art Center project construction management team,for example,using the theory of set pair analysis to build and to determine the team performance evaluation model based on connection number five yuan and team performance appraisal rating system of the standard,and the team performance evaluation,according to the evaluation results of the construction management team performance improvement aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Based on this,the paper constructs a set of perfect performance evaluation system for the old industrial building green renovation construction management team,which enriches the basic theories of the old industrial building recycling and performance management,and aims to provide certain theoretical support and practical guidance for the subsequent team performance evaluation.
