The number of miles traveled by rail transit in China is increasing year by year.At the same time,the infrastructure attached to rail transit is also increasing.Under long-term train overload,the rail transit infrastructure continues to suffer from damage and disease,and gradually deteriorates,and the train runs safely.There is a great potential for safety hazards,and in the process of conservation,it is often due to inaccurate knowledge of the disease,the unscientific conservation measures formulated have resulted in improper maintenance,etc.,resulting in high maintenance costs and waste of resources.The maintenance and management of facilities is of vital importance.This article starts with the research on the diseases of rail transit infrastructure,investigates and collates the diseases of a section of the railway in the Henan section of the Beijing-Guangzhou-Guangzhou Railway,and uses comparative analysis methods to determine the causes of each disease,feasible conservation measures,maintenance costs,and maintenance.After the performance indicators,as well as the analysis of the continuation of the life of the infrastructure after maintenance,a measure-cost-performance-life coordinate model was established,and a maintenance decision-making reference system was preliminarily constructed to provide a more scientific and effective formulation of targeted diseases.Conservation measures provide more reliable and intuitive reference data.This article focuses on four aspects of track infrastructure disease:The first is the type of feasible conservation measures for each disease.Through cooperation between the research group and a section of the railway maintenance department in Henan province of the Beijing-Guangzhou-Guangzhou Railway,the track diseases and maintenance records of the section were collected and summarized,and one or more feasible conservation measures for each disease were analyzed based on the investigation.The second is the cost of conservation for each type of conservation measure.Based on the premise of the consolidation and collection of the first chapter,through the analysis of actual maintenance project records and market prices,the cost range values for each type of conservation measure are calculated in conjunction with the "Railway Engineering Budget Quota."The third is the performance indicators and the continuation of life after the conservation of each type of conservation measure.The TQI values were used to analyze the performance trends of the disease before and after maintenance.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was designed.Questionnaire surveys were conducted on the conservation engineers of the track maintenance department,combined with their practical experience in conservation and cases,and the cost and performance of each conservation measure were derived.Continuing the comparison of life expectancy,at the same time drawing experts recommend maintenance measures.The fourth is to build a decision-making reference system for constructing conservation measures.Through the results of the previous chapters,a measure-cost-performance-life coordinate model was established.Each disease was analyzed and researched,and the index comparisons between the different conservation measures of the disease were obtained.Then,a maintenance decision-making reference system was initially constructed.
