Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,urban rail transit has developed rapidly in China,but the operating companies’ operating costs have become insufficient at the operating stage,which has imposed a burden on the local government’s finances.There is an urgent need to calculate the operating costs of urban rail route.However,the existing operating cost calculation methods and models cannot be used well to forecast of operating expenses for new lines.Therefore,this thesis studied the influence of different route parallel cross section paraments on urban rail transit operating costs,which include train running costs,train starting and stopping costs,and maintenance costs,and establishes a calculation model to calculate the operating costs of different route plans.To guide the optimization design of the route plan and the investment estimation and declaration of urban rail transit projects.Furthermore,the model of employee compensation and depreciation costs was established,which can guide the cost optimization of urban rail transit operating enterprises.The energy consumption of the train operation is divided into starting energy consumption,section running energy consumption,and stopping energy consumption.The train traction calculation program is compiled,and the cost obtained by multiplying the energy consumption data of the traction experiment by the unit price of electricity is used as the train running costs.The energy consumption per kilometer of type A and B trains under different slopes was calculated.The energy consumption increases linearly with the increase of the slope,and the sensitivity of the energy consumption to the slope increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the speed limit.Train running in the curve section would generate additional traveling energy consumption,which is inversely proportional to the radius of curve.The energy consumption of starting and leaving the station and braking into the station is greatly affected by the following slope of the station site and the slope in front of the station site.The energy consumption and distance of starting and stopping of A and B trains on different grade section were calculated respectively when the slope of the stationsite level is ±2‰ and0‰,and the calculation model was fitted.Then,the calculation model of the train daily running costs is established respectively.Based on the 2018 urban rail transit operation data and the annual reports of 12 subway companies,the C-D function model in econometrics was used to establish permanent way maintenance system maintenance cost model,and the coefficient was fitted through the Eviews software,and the correlation coefficient reached 0.832954.Use depreciation expenses instead of other fixed equipment maintenance expenses,and give the calculation formula of depreciation expenses.The vehicle equipment maintenance cost was divided into two parts related to the running resistance power and the running time.The unit resistance power and the unit running time maintenance cost were calculated based on the vehicle maintenance cost data of a certain operating line in China,and the vehicle equipment maintenance cost calculation model is established.
