Urban rail transit vehicles are characterized by high efficiency,low pollution and more punctuality.How to implement vehicle maintenance safely and efficiently,shorten maintenance cycle,increase quality and cut downprice is asignificantquestion that needs to be settled.This articlediscusses the vehicles management mode under the condition of network operation,advancesthe optimization models of the shortest maintenance cycle and the equilibrium maintenance strategy,and makes an example analysis.Firstly,this article introduces the traditional vehicle repair schedule setting,and deeply analyzes the management strategy of subway vehicles,from the dimensions of maintenance mode,maintenance form and management structure.Secondly,based on Heinrich’s law to process vehicle failure data,the shortest maintenance cycle optimization model is established by RCM theory,and the vehicle balanced maintenance strategy optimization model is established by FMECA method.Based on reliability,availability and economy,the evaluation model of vehicle maintenance scheme is established by analytic hierarchy processto evaluate the feasibility of the optimization scheme.Finally,taking Qingdao as the research object,combined with the resource advantages and vehicle failure data analysis,the paper puts forward the management strategy optimization suggestions,and analyzes the application of the shortest vehicle maintenance cycle optimization model,balanced maintenance strategy optimization model and vehicle maintenance scheme evaluation system.The research results show that when "daily maintenance + bi-weekly maintenance + March maintenance + annual maintenance" is replaced by "four-day maintenance +balanced maintenance",the maintenance items and working procedures are more scientific and reasonable,and the comprehensive indexes of reliability,availability and economy are better than the original maintenance. |
