With the vigorous development of China’s urban rail transit vehicle industry,the demand for LCCM control and management of project life cycle costs by urban rail transit operating companies is constantly increasing.The use and support costs during the project operation phase generally account for about 60% of the entire project life cycle costs.Cost control during the project operation phase has become a focus of attention for operating companies,One of the main means to reduce operating costs is to manage the maintenance process well.Meanwhile,due to the complex operating environment and variable working conditions of urban rail transit vehicles,the requirements for vehicle maintenance are becoming increasingly high.With the continuous increase in the number of urban rail transit vehicles and the improvement of operational efficiency requirements,traditional daily maintenance and repair procedures are no longer able to meet the maintenance needs.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize research on maintenance and repair procedures.The FMEA analysis method is a reliability analysis and risk level assessment method that was initially applied in the field of aviation design.This thesis applies the FMEA evaluation method to guide the optimization management of urban rail transit vehicle repair schedules.The product application scope is expanded from the aviation field to the rail transit industry,and the research field is expanded from research and development design to operation and maintenance.The thesis takes the W city rail transit project as the research object,establishes a scientific evaluation model based on FMEA analysis method,and analyzes 12 systems,43 inspection items,and 174 inspection points of vehicles one by one to obtain the final optimization suggestions for daily maintenance and repair of vehicles.The research results were validated and implemented for 6 months in the W city rail transit vehicle project.The research shows that the optimized repair plan is reasonable and feasible.After the maintenance cycle is extended,the reliability of the vehicle will not be lower than the level of the original daily inspection,meeting the reliability requirements of vehicle repair optimization.Through the above research,a mature optimization plan for the daily maintenance and repair of W urban rail transit vehicles has been developed.The research results can be promoted in similar models of vehicles.The optimized daily maintenance and repair process can effectively reduce the number of maintenance operators and reduce the full life cycle cost of urban rail transit project products.
