| Since 5s management was introduced into China in the early 1980 s,mainly used in manufacturing and promotion,and conducted a series of research and innovation,increased the 6s "Safety",7s "Save" to the new management contents and methods.According to the complexity of the construction industry and the constraints of the environment,this article introduces the concept of "Service" in the construction engineering industry and forms a more substantial 8S lean management theory.Based on the review of the theory of 8S management method and the characteristics of TH company project,this article carries out the application research of 8S management method in TH Engineering Company construction project.For TH engineering company of construction project is considered the lack of system mechanism,the construction site is dirty,disorderly and bad,the weakness of safety management consciousness,the personnel quality is low,the lack of service consciousness,this article introduces the significances of 8s lean management and main points,analyzes the specific steps,contents and matters needing attention in the process of implementation,put forward the strategy and safeguard measures,to ensure that the 8s lean management can effectively implement in the TH engineering company,continueing to improve.The specific elements in the lean management of 8S have great promotion effect on the construction schedule,materials cost,project quality,construction safety,personnel quality,customer satisfaction,etc.The conclusions of the research on the management of construction project in China include: the application of 8s in the construction engineering enterprises has realistic operability;This study has designed 8s lean management system and the concrete implementation plans of TH Engineering Company project construction in detail,makes up for the basic management methods of engineering project construction,is of certain reference value for the improving of construction companies projects and the improving of the management level and competitiveness. |
