Research On H Engineering Project Management Based On Lean Construction

With the implementation of the "One Belt and One Road" and the construction of urbanization,the gross output of construction enterprises has increased year by year,and the construction industry has made tremendous contributions to the national economic development,the promotion of labor and employment,and the improvement of people's lives.The total output value of the construction industry continues to grow,but the profit margin and technical equipment ratio of my country's construction enterprises are at a low level.The project management of construction enterprises is still an extensive management model.With the rapid development of BIM technology,internet-based thinking in the construction industry,intelligent construction,and digital construction,the construction industry has reached a higher stage.With uneven development and intensified competition,new management methods are urgently needed to change the current predicament of construction companies.In recent years,lean construction has absorbed the advanced management concepts of the manufacturing industry and integrated the characteristics of construction project management.Lean construction is to maximize value by minimizing waste and meeting the requirements of the owner to the greatest extent.Based on this,this article takes engineering project management as the starting point,from the perspective of construction enterprises,combines project management with lean construction theory,integrates lean construction technology in the new situation,combines cases,explores the implementation of lean construction in project management,In order to improve project performance and enterprise performance,improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises.First of all,this article expounds the research status of lean construction at home and abroad by consulting the literature.Secondly,through the analysis of the problems existing in the construction management of traditional engineering projects,the explanation of the theoretical system and key technology of lean construction,the comparative analysis of leanconstruction and traditional construction modes,and the analysis of the application advantages of lean construction methods,explore the advantages of lean construction in project management.applicability.Then,combined with cases,studied the application of lean construction in H project management planning and implementation,built a BIM5D-based smart construction site platform,and proposed key lean construction technologies suitable for construction project management,and supplemented the application of the technology with empirical evidence analysis.Finally,combined with the effectiveness of the project management for implementing lean construction,the existing problems in the implementation of lean construction in engineering projects provide continuous improvement strategies for lean construction from both external environmental support and internal environmental optimization.And pointed out the next research direction.
