As we all know,project management has some complexity which is determined by the characteristics of construction projects such as one-time,variability and uncertainty.In order to prevent the occurrence of construction project design stage risk,design related personnel according to the owner’s requirements,in accordance with the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations and standards,the use of their knowledge,experience and other advanced equipment rely on software tools to produce drawings and plans for various projects.And whether the solutions produced by this process can meet the requirements,whether the technology is advanced,whether the structure is reliable,whether it is conducive to the subsequent construction,whether the construction project can be completed on schedule,whether the construction cost is reasonable and whether the expected use value and the economy can be achieved efficiency,but also affect the life and property of the owners,construction workers.Therefore,risk assessment and prevention in the design stage of construction project is the top priority of the whole project risk management.The main research object of the thesis is the risk of construction project design phase.Based on the analysis of risk classification,including the risk management of risk identification and evaluation,assessment and prevention are applied to the design phase of construction project.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Firstly,it expounds the background and significance of risk assessment in the design stage of construction projects,and then analyzes the relevant literature of domestic and foreign research,and finally puts forward the main research contents,methods and innovations.Secondly,the related theory of risk assessment in the construction project phase is expounded.The risk and risk management are mainly explained.The risk in the construction project phase is classified.The risk management in the construction project phase is detailed analyzed.The thesis innovatively considers the operation of the entire construction project design phase as a system,confirms five primary risk factors such as project owners risk,survey and design institute risk.Providing the design foundation information timeliness,designing the degree of intervention,whether to follow the design objective laws,normative behavior and other 35 secondary risk factors are listed.Thirdly,SPSS is used to extract the principal components and screened 21 second-level indicators such as the timeliness of the design basis,the degree of design intervention,the risk of design requirements change,the timeliness of clarification,and finally the risk assessment system of the construction project is established.Then it analyzes a variety of risk assessment methods and combine with the actual situation of this article,finally determine the use of Delphi method and AHP-Vague method for quantitative analysis,Vague in the fuzzy information processing advantages was used in the design phase of the risk assessment model.Fourthly,the risk assessment model of the design phase of the construction project is applied to the construction project of San-he-tian-yuan project in Huludao.The data needed for risk assessment are collected and setted out.The design stage of San-he-tian-yuan project risk assessment score is calculated through the evaluation system and the model.Analyze the evaluation results and put forward some preventive measures,such as project owners risk,survey and design institute risk according to the results,such as strictly regulating the owner’s behavior,strengthening the contract management and enhancing the coordination of all parties.Hope that this thesis can be used by different scientists for other projects of risk management during the design phase. |
