Study On Reconstruction Of The Village System Of Luoluopu Town Under The Guidance Of Global Tourism

With the change of traditional tourism mode and the development strategy of global tourism,tourism has gradually become an important fulcrum to promote social and economic development.Global tourism is a new regional coordinated development concept and mode to realize the organic integration of regional resources and industrial integration.It puts forward new requirements for the development of urban and rural areas.In the past the town and village planning mainly through promoting industrialization,on the basis of traffic,population and other factors,are residents of the merger.In the face of the background of the development of the new period,the traditional planning methods have been bound and even hinders the development of rural economy,village residential space,elements and hierarchy show accelerated change and reconstruction of the trend.This thesis selects the rich tourism resources in Lulupu town as the research object,to the town within the social and economic development status were analyzed,using AVC theory to construct the evaluation model of town and village development potential,based on the particularity of the global tourism and the analysis of the development of the global tourism town planning of exploration,effect on the relationship between global tourism with the town and village system between the two,the global tourism from three aspects of economy,society and environment to promote the reconstruction of the village system,and provide the basis for the following factors evaluation index model and summarizes the related influencing factors.Through analysis and summary of previous studies,to explore the important factors influencing the Lolo town and village system,the existing evaluation index optimization,adding impact factor of global tourism;using the AHP to determine the weight coefficient of each evaluation index;to each index score through standardization processing,finally obtains the evaluation of town social attraction economic vitality and environmental capacity of the value and evaluation of its comprehensive development potential value,so as to pave the way for the town and village system on global tourism under the guidance.Based on the analysis of town and village development potential,with the thinking of the Luo Luo Bao Zhen town and village system reconfiguration,mainly from the town and village industrial development and adjustment,population and urbanization level forecast,town and village level structure and function division,town and village service facilities in four aspects of research,re constructing the architecture of town and village scientific and reasonable system,so as to provide a reference for the overall planning and construction of new socialist countryside land use in the area.At the same time,through in-depth exploration of the internal mechanism between global tourism and town village system,the purpose is to provide scientific and reasonable village and town system construction theory and method guidance for tourism resource rich villages and towns.
