Town Planning About Tourism Scenic Spot Based On The Symbiosis Theory

Recently, scholars at home and abroad have paid attention increasingly to the tourist attractions, especially the tourist spots which have majestic gestures and beautiful scenery. The domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive research on the relationship between the tourism and residential community, including the development of rural tourism in tourism research, the development of rural community impact. But most of the results are just for rural community, not for the town and its economic, social, spatial form, regional linkage and for internal and external coordination, especially not for the systematically research for different types of tourism,town planning development strategies and safeguard measures. Nowadays, study on the compatibility and the sustainability of conversion, for the feature space and physical space construction and development of the traditional living culture and industry culture are not clear. The researching results to guide and manage the cooperation mechanism for the coordination of mountain tourism should be improved quickly.Under the influence of the construction of tourist attractions, it has occurred spatial relationships of varied strength between towns and tourist attractions, which have a great impact to a certain extent, such as the land use, transportation, the utilization of resources and industrial development model and interior space usage.This paper tries to give attention to the mountain tourism town planning, and analysis comprehensively and systematically combined with the example. This paper is divided into five main parts:The first part, the author introduces the researching background, researching purpose and significance. By reviewing the domestic and international research status, the main method, the author explains the research object, content and the technical route etc.The second part, by comparing with the traditional market towns and tourism towns’ different development paths, we will have a systematic classification of tourism towns, and sum up all kinds of small towns’ development characteristics and current problems, and then analysis the causes of its formation and development trends deeply.The third part, through the classification research and proof, collecting the mutual influence factors of town planning of the tourism, the author describes the constraints and facilitating role between the tourism towns and tourisms. It explains the influence the tourism’ development,and build the "Jing--Cheng" symbiosis mechanism.The fourth part,the auther reseaches the theories and the methods about town planning of the tourism according to the third part.Finally, combined with the example of Huang Wan Xiang planning of E mei City, the author puts forward the planning strategies and safeguard measures, and explains the suggestion of development, planning and construction.
