Research On The Planning Of Beautiful Villages From The Perspective Of Global Tourism

Since the country began to deploy beautiful rural construction work in 2013,beautiful village construction has been carried out throughout the country.At present,beautiful rural construction has played a good role in rural beauty,but it has not developed enough for the development of farmers' wealth and agriculture.The Nineteenth National Congress proposed a strategy for rural rejuvenation.The purpose is to completely solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Therefore,a new concept is needed to develop beautiful countryside.In March 2018,the State Council issued the Opinions on Promoting the Development of Global Tourism.Based on its background,this article will explore how to develop beautiful rural areas under the perspective of global tourism.This article researches and analyzes the beautiful countryside construction under the perspective of the whole world tourism through literature research method,field survey method,case reference method and so on.First of all,it analyzes the background of the concept of global tourism,defines its related concepts,summarizes the previous research theories,and lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of beautiful villages from the perspective of global tourism.Secondly,based on previous theoretical studies,combined with cases from other regions in the country,the relevant experience was summarized.Then,Tanmuling Village in Changsha City was taken as the object of study.From the aspects of geographic location,tourism resources and human resources,etc.,the survey of Tan Mu Ling Village in the perspective of global tourism was concluded.The problems that should be noticed in the next construction provide reference for subsequent design examples.From the perspective of global tourism,the author combines examples and research theories of beautiful rural construction in Tanmuling Village,and positions the beautiful village construction of Tanmuling Village from the perspective of global tourism as a combination of humanities,rural scenery,tourism and holiday,and agricultural tourism.Sex countryside.The guiding direction of the beautiful village construction in the Tan Mu Ling village was put forward for the development of the whole region tourism.The planning ideas were based on the planning principles of mutual promotion of agriculture and tourism,resource development,and highlighting the characteristics.The measures for the development of beautiful countryside in Tanmuling Village from the district planning and infrastructure planning were elaborated.Rationally integrate the first,second and third industries effectively,and provide guidance on the sustainable development of agriculture and ecology and the increase of farmers' income.This article hopes to provide reference examples for the construction of beautiful countryside under the perspective of global tourism at the present stage.
