Research On Bamei Traditional Village Planning And Residential Renovation Design Based On Global Tourism

At present,there are many problems to be solved urgently in the development of traditional villages.The concept of global tourism is a new mode to promote the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry and lead regional economic development,which provides new ideas for the construction of traditional villages.Based on the theory of global tourism,this paper combines urban and rural planning,architecture,geography,landscape architecture and other disciplines to study the traditional village planning and residential renovation design through literature research,field research,case analysis,induction and collation,and interdisciplinary methods.This paper combs the historical background,concept,content and policy of the emergence of global tourism theory,elaborates the process of putting forward the concept of spatial model of tourism area,tourism corridor and tourism field based on three theories of urban regional structure theory,landscape ecology space theory and tourism space theory.This paper briefly summarizes the successful cases of domestic tourism space construction,industrial linkage and management innovation,and focuses on the analysis of two rural planning cases of Yucun village and Jiadun village in Mogan Mountains.Consider the characteristics,principles,contents and Strategies of Bamei traditional village planning under the background of global tourism.This paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems existing in Bamei Village from the aspects of village location history,population economy,tourism resources and current situation of construction.Taking Peach Blossom Source as the planning concept,From the aspects of road traffic planning,tourism facilities planning and industrial planning,this paper applies the theory of global tourism to planning practice,and explores the strategies to solve the current problems of traditional villages.Put forward the overall style guidance and control strategy of Bamei village,extract the elements of traditional Zhuangs residence in Bamei village,select typical traditional residence and non-traditional residence as examples to reform,and explore the new residence design in line with regional characteristics.
