Study On Village Planning From The Perspective Of Whole Area Tourism Taking Gaolan Village,Xingshan County As An Example

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of the domestic economy and the rapid expansion of the population base,the consumption structure of urban and rural residents in China has undergone great changes,and the consumption demand of residents in tourism is rising day by day,resulting in the imbalance of the supply of domestic tourism resources.Based on this background,the domestic tourism model has gradually shifted from the traditional tourism model with a single tourist destination and a small number of tourists to the regional tourism model with a large number of tourists as the tourist destination,and the development of the regional tourism has become a new research hotspot in the academic world.With the establishment of the land spatial planning system,China has formed a relatively complete provincial,municipal and county "five level and three types" land space planning system,but there is still no consensus on the construction of the village planning system as a level of detailed planning.Moreover,the academic research on the development and construction of regional tourism is more concentrated on the urban level,while the research on rural tourism is less.This paper holds that the development and construction of village-wide tourism through village planning can effectively improve the industrial structure of villages,improve the quality of the village living environment,strengthen the ecological protection of villages,and boost the village economy so as to achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization in an all-round way.First of all,this paper expounds the basic concepts and connotations involved in the article and the basic theoretical knowledge applied on the basis of referring to relevant literature materials by using the method of literature survey.Combined with the research background and the summary of village planning,rural tourism and tourism-oriented village planning development at home and abroad,the research methods and basic technical routes adopted in this paper are determined.And in-depth analysis through the rural tourism to achieve the overall revitalization of the mechanism,in order to make clear the ultimate goal of the rural tourism planning is to achieve the basic logic of rural revitalization.Secondly,it summarizes and sorts out some problems and challenges existing in the current village planning in China,and analyzes several village planning cases in the period of coordinated urban and rural development to further confirm these problems and contradictions.On this basis,the background,principle,system and strategy of village planning under the background of land space planning and guided by the whole region tourism development are put forward.Thirdly,based on the case study of Gaolan Village planning in Xingshan County,Yichang city,Hubei Province,the comprehensive status quo of Gaolan village is analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of the village are obtained.The village planning strategy oriented by regional tourism development is integrated into the actual planning process,and an empirical study is conducted.Finally,on the basis of a review on the full text,experience summary and the future of our country village planning,it is concluded that China’s future village planning shall be compiled according to different development strategy target classification village,the whole domain oriented village tourism development planning is one of the important types,the village planning in the future can provide certain reference and reference value.
