Schedule, cost, quality management Included in the Project management of the three points, At the same time the schedule and cost are contradictory. So For schedule and cost to find a balance Is the project’s key. only by raising the project management level itself, can construction enterprises anchor its foundation and establish the base of foothold for survival and development.This thesis primarily studies the methods to look for the best equilibrium point of duration-cost. This thesis takes WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) construction project into structural resolution, establishing project schedule combining with project management software Microsoft Office Visio2007, including network chart is drawn. Based on this, Project Schedule Table and Plan Gantt Chart are drawn too. Then, based on the afore-mentioned job, this paper constructs the period-cost equilibrium linear programming model by CPM and introduces limit cost, so as to optimize the time cost of the project and speed up the progress of the projects. Finally, according to the actual construction and the construction environment of the project, this paper puts forward some measures such as project personnel motivation, project organization and team management to guarantee the period-cost optimization.The research results of this thesis are used for reference in raising the project management level, and promoting core competence.
