Research On The Construction Of Transnational Innovation Ecosystem Of New Energy Vehicles Enterprise From The Perspective Of Collaborative Innovation

Under the current situation of economic development,the game between national economies has gradually changed into the competition of science and technology.Countries have readjusted their economic development model and placed their economic focus on high-end manufacturing industries relying on technological innovation.Strategic emerging industries have become increasingly important in the innovative economy.The new energy vehicle industry is of great significance for building a new pattern of development and promoting high-quality economic development.The national government has also listed new energy vehicles as the focus of industrial upgrading,emphasizing the expansion of international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation with collaborative innovation as the core and eco-leading enterprises as the leader,and helping the new energy vehicle industry to form an open innovation ecosystem with global competitiveness.However,at present,China’s strategic emerging industries still have the defects of insufficient independent R&D capacity and innovation capacity,and face the problems of imperfect external innovation environment,mature technology and low conversion rate.As a new industrial innovation development paradigm,the transnational innovation ecosystem is more conducive to the high-quality and healthy development of new energy vehicles,It is helpful for new energy vehicle enterprises to effectively integrate and utilize the innovation resources of different organizations at home and abroad in the innovation ecosystem to conquer core technologies,which is significant for accelerating the development of new energy vehicles and promoting industrial upgrading.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the relevant theories and documents,this paper selects the exploratory double-case comparative study as the main research method of this paper,and selects BYD and Chang’an Automobile as the case study objects according to the principle of typicality.Through the exploration of the innovation and development process of two new energy automobile enterprises,this paper establishes the cooperative innovation mechanism of new energy automobile enterprises,finds out the common influencing factors of constructing the transnational innovation ecosystem of new energy automobile enterprises based on the horizontal comparison of the construction process of the transnational innovation ecosystem of two new energy automobile enterprises,and clarifies the formation mechanism of the transnational innovation ecosystem of new energy automobile enterprises,Summarize the two major transnational innovation ecosystem models of enterprise core transnational innovation ecosystem and domain complementary transnational innovation ecosystem,and provide constructive countermeasures for new energy automobile enterprises and relevant government departments.Based on the exploratory comparative study of two cases,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,it has established three synergy mechanisms,namely strategic synergy,organizational synergy and resource synergy,between new energy vehicle enterprises and other innovation entities.Strategic synergy establishes implicit connection between new energy vehicle enterprises and other innovation entities,while organizational synergy establishes explicit connection,The purpose of achieving strategic and organizational synergy among innovation entities is to promote resource synergy.The second is to clarify the formation mechanism of the multinational innovation ecosystem of new energy automobile enterprises,that is,strategic synergy is the direction,organizational synergy is the guarantee,and resource synergy is the foundation.The third is to summarize the influencing factors of building the multinational innovation ecosystem of new energy automobile enterprises,including the guiding role of industrial policy,the demand for advanced technology and the international market,the complexity and diversity of technological innovation,cooperation preferences and trust foundation.Fourth,take BYD and Chang’an Automobile as the representatives to build the core multinational innovation ecosystem of enterprises and the complementary multinational innovation ecosystem of three pillars.In general,from the perspective of collaborative innovation,this paper expands the theoretical achievements of new energy automobile enterprises in building a transnational innovation ecosystem,clarifies the formation mechanism of the transnational innovation ecosystem of new energy automobile enterprises,and further constructs the theoretical model of the transnational innovation ecosystem of new energy automobile enterprises with core and complementary fields,complements the existing innovation ecosystem theory and transnational cooperative innovation theory.At the same time,it also provides constructive countermeasures for new energy automobile enterprises to build a transnational innovation ecosystem,and provides policy suggestions for relevant government departments to promote the development of new energy automobile industry and accelerate the pace of China’s economic transformation and upgrading.
