With the adjustment of national supply-side structure and the slowdown of economic growth,the extensive development model of construction industry can no longer adapt to the development of the times.The state is deepening the reform of construction enterprises.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Construction Industry promulgated by the Ministry of Housing and Construction,it is clearly pointed out that promoting the transformation of construction industry and sustainable development is the future direction of development,which poses new challenges to the development of construction enterprises.In the context of rapid knowledge updating,if a single enterprise wants to grow and grow,it needs to choose to cooperate with other enterprises to increase its ability to resist risks.Collaborative innovation network becomes the best choice for enterprise cooperation,which can provide more opportunities for enterprise development and help enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.The research object of this paper is construction enterprises.Firstly,the theory of collaborative innovation network,knowledge management and core competitiveness of enterprises is elaborated.By constructing collaborative innovation network and improving knowledge management level,the dimension and influence degree of core competitiveness of construction enterprises are analyzed and discussed.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad and the development characteristics of the construction industry,the corresponding research hypothesis is put forward,and the initial index system of the core competitiveness of construction enterprises is constructed.Relevant data are collected through questionnaire survey.The reliability and validity of the data are tested by Spss22.0 software,and the redundant items are eliminated.Then the structural equation model is introduced to validate the indicators in the index system with Amos 20.0 software,and the fitting results of the model are analyzed.The non-standard indicators are eliminated,and a new round of validation is carried out,finally a more perfect and scientific index system is obtained.Finally,an intelligent evaluation model of support vector machine is established,and relevant sample data are collected to set model parameters.The evaluation model is trained and tested by using MATLAB software.Finally,the optimal intelligent evaluationmodel of core competitiveness of SVM construction enterprises is constructed.The evaluation model is used to analyze the case of enterprises.Fifteen construction enterprises are selected as the sample source of case studies based on the evaluation results of the model,and relevant countermeasures are put forward for the cultivation and promotion of core competitiveness of construction enterprises in China.Policies and suggestions to lay the foundation for further strengthening the overall strength of China's construction enterprises.
