Contract Management Of Construction Industrialization Of Technological Innovation Network Performance Impact Study

In order to solve the problems of the dispersion and temporary problems in the industrialization of the construction projects,the network performance of the technological innovation of the construction industry is improved.From the point of view of contract governance,this paper studies the influence of the network structure characteristics of the technological innovation of the construction industry and the network performance of the technological innovation of the construction industry.First of all,through the network structure and contract management of related literature research,selection of network scale,contact strength,contact lasting to measure the building industrialization of technological innovation network structure characteristics,in a formal contract management and informal contract management as the two mechanisms of contract administration,based on the research background of the project,construction industrialization construction of theoretical models and assumptions are put forward.Then,in the domestic construction industrialization industry participants questionnaires,paper questionnaire and network questionnaire in two ways and 178 valid questionnaires were obtained,then the acquired data as samples;reliability and validity analysis software for the analysis of the questionnaire to test and descriptive statistics using SPSS22.0 data,the KMO value,Cronbach's Alpha and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient test based on Bartlett coefficient,standardization of the chi square value and P value of variable reliability and validity are tested.Finally,using structural equation model software AMOS22.0 each of the assumptions in the theoretical model for validation.The results show that:(1)building industrialization of technological innovation network structure characteristics of building industrialization has positive influence on technology innovation network performance,namely the network scale,contact strength,contact for a long time can improve construction industrialization of technological innovation network performance;(2)the formal contract governance is to adjust the network structurecharacteristics and performance of the technology innovation network relations;(3)informal contract governance is to adjust the network structure characteristics and the relationship between the performance of technological innovation network.This study will be introduced to the contractual governance construction industrialization technology industrialization of innovation network characteristics and construction technology innovation network performance analysis framework,enrich the theory of building industrialization management of technological innovation and network contract management theory system,has certain value of theoretical innovation.Research results help to fundamentally recognize the organization law of construction technology innovation,promote the building and development of China's construction industry technology innovation alliance.
