Research Of Relational Governance's Effect On Construction Technology Innovation Network Performance

More and more construction enterprises apply BIM technology to build project,technological innovation network and the relational governance between each other formed in the process can improve the cooperation performance,but the action mechanism between relational governance and construction technology innovation network is not clear.This research studies the influencing mechanism effectiveness of relational governance's effect on network organization and technical cooperation,based on a special organization named as construction technology innovation network.First,make it clear that the network formed by owner,design,construction,BIM consultancy,scientific research institution or university in the building innovation project applying BIM technology as well as the cooperative relations and cooperation between each other.Second,select degree of rich resources,contact strength,reciprocity to measure the network structure of construction technology innovation,and make communication and cooperation as the dimensionality of relational governance by the research on existing literature of network structure and relational governance.And then build the theoretical model of relational governance's effect on performance of construction technology innovation network,and put forward relevant assumptions combined with the project background of BIM project.At last,the questionnaires are distributed to 203 enterprises which are the participants of large and medium-sized domestic project applying BIM technology,and take back 196 valid questionnaires,then use the software SPSS to test reliability and validity of the questionnaire and make descriptive statistical analysis.Use structural equation model software AMOS to verify the assumptions in the theoretical model.The results show that the rich resources,contact strength,reciprocity of architectural technology innovation network can improve innovation performance,and relational governance can enhance the relationship between resource abundance,reciprocity and innovation performance,but has not effect on the relationship between contact strength and innovation performance.Studies have shown that rich resources,contact strength and reciprocity have a positive role in improvinginnovation performance,and the efficient relational governance can promote this role.The results provide the basis for governance of complicated construction of technology innovation network,guides construction enterprise to build efficient innovation network,handle the relationship with other innovation subjects in the cooperative technological innovation project and implement efficient project innovation.
