"Poetic Scene And Integrated Geometry"-Research On The Creation Concept Of Li Xinggang's Architectural Works

At present,China's economy has developed rapidly.The amount of building construction and the speed of construction have drawn worldwide attention.However,in contrast,the level of architectural creativity varies,and most of the architectural creation is still in the state of blind copying and imitating.It also shows clutter.It is therefore urgent to conduct analyses and generations on the creation concept of the representative architect in contemporary China,which will provide certain value of reference and guidance to the development of Chinese architecture theory and architecture creation.As the pioneer of modern architects in China,Mr.Li Xinggang possesses abundant excellent architectural works.It will be of great significance and necessity to summarize and sort out his works,and analyze the creation concepts behind them.By means of reviewing literatures,field research,summary and conclusion,this paper collects Mr Li Xinggang's literatures,obtains required information by investigating his construction projects and makes summaries and analyses.The main research idea is to interpret his creation concept "Poetic Scene and Integrated Geometry" through analyzing his architecture practice experience and background.At the macro level,it includes the concept interpretation: explain the origins of the two concepts "Integrated Geometry" and "Poetic Scene" and interpret their concrete meaning in the creation concept "Poetic Scene and Integrated Geometry",then discriminate the theory core of this creation concept " Artificial and Natural,Self-formation and Mutual Formation".At the same time,at the micro level,this paper also includes case studies: divide the creation concept into three stages: beginning,forming and maturing according to its development vein,analyze the representative architecture works of every stage,and summarize the creation characteristics of every stage.At last,this paper makes a summary of Mr.Li Xinggang's architecture creation concept and analyzes the enlightenment on China's architecture development.
