Muji is a daily-use grocery store that was born in Japan in the 1980 s.The style of the product is simple and natural.With the continuous growth of the audience,it has gradually developed into a unique brand aesthetic style.Since the day of its birth,Muji has grown from more than 40 products to more than 8,000 today.Its success and the degree of reliance on its audience are fundamental because Muji is not just for business profit.Selling is not just a subtraction on the surface of the product.Instead,it has a strong aesthetic core behind it,which is used to support people's way of life and open up new consumption patterns for the audience.First of all,through the analysis of the background of the birth of Muji products,to be familiar with the original brand concept.Secondly,through the analysis of Japanese native aesthetic culture: the concept of "emptiness" of Japanese Zen aesthetics,the characteristics of Wabi-Sabi aesthetic "simplicity,antique",the four essence of "harmony,respect,purity and silence" of the tea ceremony culture.This paper reveals its relationship with the aesthetic style of Muji and its nourishment and penetration into the aesthetic style of Muji.The three aspects of Japanese traditional culture are the formation of Muji aesthetic style and an important source of foundation.Thirdly,through the analysis of the design concepts of the three designers of Muji,we can understand the source of the aesthetic concepts of Muji.Then,through the specific analysis of the color and material selection of Muji products,this paper sums up the two styles of Muji products,the "natural color" and "natural material".The application of its aesthetic style in product expression and function design is the embodiment of the aesthetic connotation of Muji products.Finally,it summarizes the aesthetic style of Muji.With the brand concept of "no-brand",Muji products devote themselves to guiding the healthy and good lifestyle of the audiences,merging the audiences' imperceptible life habits into the design,making the design products easier for most people to operate,and the respect for nature of Muji products makes its healthy,comfortable and durable with appropriate low prices.It is the original intention and destination of Muji to lead the audience to feel the value of the world with the concept of "restraint".
