The Case Study Of Management Problems In One Of EPC Projects Of M Group

There has been an increasing number of EPC projects coming out over the past few years and this advanced project model has been accepted by more and more domestic project owners and contractors. EPC project model is also called project general contract, which is carried out by a general contractor throughout the entire process of project duration, including engineering, procurement, construction until handover.Domestic contractors have accumulated considerable EPC project experiences during engineering practice. But compared with the international advanced project management model, there is still huge gap between them. These contractors are eager to learn advanced EPC project management skills. They are focusing on not only the successful management model but also the experiences and lessons of problems solving.This case study takes E project as the research object which is executed by M group. E project is an international project and it is carried out by M group successfully. However there are many problems during the execution of E project.
