The rapid growth of motor vehicles has led to the rapid development of China's economy,making it more convenient for citizens to travel and improving the efficiency and quality of life.Rapid growth of motor vehicles and motorized vehicles has led to a sharp rise in traffic accidents.Using electronic eyes make it more effective to monitor vehicles and form certain deterrent to drivers,supervising and urging them to obey the traffic rules,which can effectively alleviate the increasingly busy road traffic management and the contradiction between the police and make sure the road traffic,is safe,orderly and smooth.The electronic eye should be verified according to the relevant standards and only qualified electronic eye can be used as the measuring equipment for administrative enforcement.It is very important to check the electronic eye to make sure that the information taken by the electronic eye can be regarded as the important measure of legal evidence.At present,there is no unified platform equipment for the verification of the electronic eye,and still stay in the stage of artificial detection.A lot of labor costs,various complex data and operation make the verification inefficient,which is unfavorable for large digital testing.The research of a high degree of automation of digital calibration system is imminent.This system developed the image and video related algorithms to evaluate and test digital image and video information accordingly.Electronic eye time and speed measurement are calibrated by GPS and external LED screen.My SQL database is used to complete the system of data information storage,retrieval,query,and other functions.Finally using the Swing toolkit of Java SE platform build system interface platform.This system is a high degree of automation of verification system,integrating digital information entry,inspection,review,query,issue the appraisal table,and other functions.Which is able to verify the device of red light,speeding detection device,image and video evaluation equipment.The system can effectively improve the verification efficiency of the electronic eye and reduce the manpower input of the staff after the corresponding test and the actual user feedback.
