| Electronic accelerator pedal is an important part of the car,the driver controls the amount of car fuel through trampling electronic accelerator pedal.For HALL815 electronic accelerator pedal,its design mainly includes the pedal part and HALL815 communication box,the pedal parts used to convert the pedal rotation angle to a corresponding analog voltage output.The communication box is used to modify the sensor parameters and to calibrate the sensor.This paper mainly contains the following four parts:Firstly,the magnetic fields’ design of electronic accelerator pedal,designed a magnetic field unit for sensor work by analyzing the working principle of hall sensor.It can convert the pedal rotation angle to a change of magnetic induction,use ANSYS software to analysis magnetic field unit model,simulation of the sensor work’s magnetic field environment,and finally,combin the theoretical calculation formula to verify the correctness of the simulation.Secondly,design electronic accelerator pedal’s communication box,including the writing of the circuit system design,communication protocol and software design,through the analysis of the communication principle of hall sensor,and then proceed to HALL815 communication box,the design of hardware circuit and software programming of hall sensor data read,write,and save functions,and then write PC control program to realize the calibration function of the electronic accelerator pedal.Thirdly,electronic accelerator pedal the dynamic nature of modeling and simulation analysis,the nonlinear problem to electronic accelerator pedal output curve,this paper put forward the dynamic performance of the electronic accelerator pedal detection methods,simulation software ANSYS Workbench pedal model is set up,and then use the working principle of the magnetic field conversion relations and the chip simulation electronic accelerator pedal output curve,dynamic response analysis of different agencies captured springs damping ratio and young’s modulus for the effect of dynamic response of the electronic accelerator pedal,provide reference basis for electronic throttle pedal design optimization.Fourthly,electronic accelerator pedal’s detection,in order to design a good electronic accelerator pedal,calibration of communication box,finally testing bythe electronic accelerator pedal comprehensive performance test bench.The test items include traditional synchronous degrees,linearity,etc.The test items,including dynamic performance and short circuit measurement,has been successful used in Hangzhou Wolei Intelligent Technology Co.,LTD.,has the obvious engineering application value.Then,using the data obtained from the experiments to verify the correctness of the simulation and evaluation indexes for the comprehensive performance of the electronic accelerator pedal design. |
