Along with the high voltage power grid and intelligent substation building, the intelligent and digital level of electrical equipments has been increasing. Now new electronic electric transformers have begun to replace the traditional electromagnetic electric transformers, and become the cornerstones of the measurement and measurement of the power system. In power system reliability, the electronic check digital output transformer plays a very important role. Domestic and foreign research institutions and enterprises have gradually introduced a calibration system for electronic transformers.According to IEC61850-9-2LE, this paper presents a set of calibration and online monitoring system for electronic transformer which could be used for electronic transformers can be used for the batch calibration in factory and online monitoring. The system converts standard analog signals into digital signals through a field data sampling unit, and sends these digital signals to the Ethernet with Merging Units. The software module receive data packets and calibrate the couple signals to complete the verification process. When the host computer which has been installed the system access the station Ethernet network, it can monitor the state and quality parameters of the transformers online by parsing the sampling value packets. The system is fully development developed, based on C++ and C # language, which avoids reliance on third party commercial software. A bi-peak spectrum correction method of FFT algorithm is introduced. Based on this method , disturbance of the frequency-spectrum leakage and noise caused by non-synchronous sampling can be improved, and the accuracy of the system can be effectively increased.
