| As the processing of state grid alteration project, the automatization level of power system becomes more and more advanced. The traditional electromagnetic transducers hardly satisfy the automatization and digitalization requirements of in power system. It will be replaced by the new generation electronic transducers. The new electronic transducer will play an important role in the power system.In the practical course of electronic transducers, accordingly, new calibrating method should be correspondingly researched. The international and local academy has set to establish the calibration system for the electronic transducers with use digital output mode, and the relevant government department has stipulated for the calibration criterion.The intention of this paper is to develop a small calibration system according to relevant criterions which has high process speed, can take conveniently and can be used both in laboratory and field.At first, the paper introduces the digital output requirements of electronic transducers, merging unit with digital output and gives design proposal of merger unit. Then, introduces the calibration method at present, analyzes the disadvantages of this method, such as the more connection links, badly synchronism, poor portability. In order to overcome these problems, a new calibration scheme based on Ethernet network is put forward according to the Ethernet digital output character of electronic transducers, which is presented detailedly including the Ethernet data collecting method, data storage, data separation and recombination. Moreover, a test method of the digital output of MU is proposed. Finally, ratio error and phase error of electronic transducer are analyzed. Three algorithms can be used to calculate these errors and make compare reciprocally. |
