Under the key background of the fast development of aging and the home retirement mode,this topic focuses on the outdoor fitness environment of the Northeast China' s old city' s elderly.The winter of the Northeast China winter is long and cold,the high density urban environment of the old residential areas and a large number of the opening old residential areas,which make it become urgent to improve the Outdoor spaces' quality of the elderly.the research optimizes the outdoor spaces of the elderly through the micro environment analysis simulation,the parametric design processes and the low technology landscape means.One is the optimization of the micro climate environment,through the micro climate model to improve the scenery of thermal comfort,and avoid the adverse effects of high-rise wind and the permanent shadow,etc.Two is to optimize the micro public environment and study on the transformation of outdoor spaces to the communication spaces to increase the elderly groups communication.Based on field survey of the elderly and feedback from them,the living habits in the cold region,particularly of old northeasterners,as well as old people's physiological and psychological endurance to environment,this study formed an index interval for old people's endurance to environment,and established a digital evaluation model.Considering the features of the cites in the cold region such as high-density residential environment and cold climate,this study began with computer information simulation technology-to set suitable standards for elderly-oriented renovation of residential landscape environment in accordance with old people's special physiological and psychological needs by simulating a computer information microclimatic environment.The object of this research mainly refers to the landscape environment in cold-region residential areas and the surroundings.Computer information simulation is aimed primarily at analyzing and evaluating the elderly orientation degree of light environment,wind environment,sound environment,heat environment and air environment in residential landscape,and making an amendment based on experiments and field evaluations to establish quantitative evaluation criteria for the elderly-oriented renovation of landscape in residential areas in the cold region,and set up a specific/comprehensive evaluation system,as well as directive standards,for the sport environment,leisure environment,labor environment,intercourse environment,aesthetic environment and recreational environment in elderly-oriented residential areas?From the two aspects of physical comfort,the psychological comfort of old people after optimization analysis,combined with the practice research needs of the elderly of activity space,the author through the typical case of shenyang mountain communities design,and further evaluation of residential landscape space whether accord with the requirement of the old science and comfort.
