| In recent years, the degree of aging in China has continued to deepen, and the proportion of disabled elderly in the total elderly population is also increasing, the state and society pay more and more attention to the needs of the disabled elderly. With the rapid development of China’s aging cause and the continuous improvement of the pension system, the long-term care environment for the disabled elderly in the pension facilities needs to move towards high quality and specialization. The purpose of this study is to enhance the environmental comfort of the disabled elderly’s living space in the pension facilities.Based on the data obtained from the field survey, the multi-objective optimization experiment of the disabled elderly’s living space in the pension facilities in severe cold areas is carried out,and the optimization design scheme of the architectural form guided by the multi-performance objective is put forward, which forms the relevant performance and architectural design of the indoor environment comfort of the building The model of complex consideration of interactive problems promotes the scientific design of pension facilities in severe cold areas.Firstly, this paper expounds the basic theory of the disabled elderly’s living space design under the guidance of indoor environment comfort, including the characteristics and needs of disabled elderly groups and the design elements that affect the indoor space environment and physical environment comfort. It introduces the concepts of natural lighting comfort and thermal comfort, summarizes the related research methods and evaluation indicators, and briefly describes the basic principles of multi-objective optimization design a multi-objective optimization design process framework based on indoor environment comfort is proposed. Then, based on the above theory and research, the current situation of the disabled elderly’s living space and the quantitative index of thermal comfort are studied.Taking Harbin as a typical city in the severe cold region, the living space status and thermal comfort range of the disabled elderly in winter and transition season were obtained through the survey, and it is found that the indoor thermal comfort of the disabled elderly in the pension facilities in the pension facilities is relatively low Problems to be solved. Finally,on the basis of the field investigation, the optimization design goal of the disabled elderly’s living space is formed based on the comfort of the indoor environment, and the multi-objective optimization design process of the disabled elderly’s living space in the severe cold area is determined based on the indoor environment comfort.Using the multi-objective optimization design process, grasshopper is used as the parametric design platform to build the basic model. The ladybug and honeybee plug-ins are used to carry out the building performance simulation experiment with the architectural shape characteristics as the design parameters. The multi-objective automatic optimization is realized by using the optimization calculator octopus, and the Pareto frontier solution set for optimizing thermal comfort, light comfort and reducing building energy consumption is obtained.Through the analysis of the solution set,the mutual influence among the three performance objectives and the optimization degree of each performance are verified. The adaptive function is used to screen the multi-objective optimization scheme, and through glare verification,it is confirmed that there is no adverse effect on glare. Finally, the multi-objective optimization design scheme is determined. The research quantifies the thermal comfort index of the elderly in the severe cold area through field research, and emphasizes the expression of regional characteristics in the multi-objective optimization design of building performance;the research expands the interactive processing method of the two complex problems of architectural design and building performance in the residential space of the elderly with disabled care facilities for the elderly, and takes the comfort performance of indoor environment as the goal to guide the construction The results show that the multi-objective optimization design can improve the long-term care environment for the disabled elderly in severe cold areas, which can provide reference for decision-making departments to formulate relevant specific norms and implementation rules. |
